Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Coffs Harbour LALC:

PLACE:                  Grace Roberts Hall, Wongala Drive Wongala Estate

AGENDA:

1. Confirmation of Minutes of Previous Meeting
2. Receipt of 2017/2018 Annual Report
3. Receipt of 2017/2018 Audited Financial Statements
4. Audit Management Letter and response
5. Election for Vacant Board member positions (1)
6. The conduct of any other business placed on the agenda before the commencement of the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: In relation to the election for Board members;

A voting member of a LALC is not entitled to vote, nominate, accept a nomination or be elected to office in elections for Board members if the member has not attended at least 2 meetings of the LALC in the preceding 12 months as a voting member.

A person must attend the meeting at which the election is conducted in order to vote. There is no proxy voting however eligible LALC voting members may nominate or accept a nomination for a Board position prior to the meeting at the LALC office if they are unable to attend the annual meeting.
