The Community recently completed a Community Engagement Survey that identified areas in which our community needs support in. Employment was one of the community expressed their concerns with.
The Coffs Harbour and District LALC Staff met with local Services that provide Aboriginal Employment Services to the local area and asked if they would like to work together and bring a Handy Tips and Tricks Information Session to the Coffs Harbour and Surrounding Community.
Today, we held the Job Seekers Info Session for roughly 10 Job Seekers and/or Carers of Job Seekers. It was a great session and allowed each service to share what they provide and handy tips around looking for work.
Really want to thank those that participated in the Information Session and we could tell you walked away with some great tips and cant wait to see you work soon.
