Deadly Day of Junior Rangers Activities!
Today our Darrunda Wajaarr Land and Sea Management Team held another Junior Ranger Day for our Community! It was a great day of fun and learning for our Junior Ranger Kids!
It all started off with a turtle release at Arrawarra Beach & a deadly yarns and Dreamtime Stories with Uncle Mark Flanders. Then we drove back into Coffs to visit the turtles in rehabilitation at the Dolphin Marine Conservation Park and learned about turtle health and ways to care after them.
Next up we spent some time chilling at Charlesworth Bay as we enjoyed the amazing Moreish Pizzas by Wayne and Andy! The mob loved it!
Then wrapping the day up with an amazing aquarium experience at the Solitary Islands Aquarium where our mob got the opportunity to learn about sea life and even got to learn more about fish by dissecting one 😱
Overall a great day with so much to do! Really want to thank our Junior Rangers and their Parents for joining us on this very hot but deadly day! 🥰
