The Coffs Harbour and District LALC is very excited to be bringing the Aboriginal Go 4 Fun Program to Wongala Estate, in partnership with the Mid North Coast Local Health District in Term 4.

Go4Fun® is a 10-week healthy lifestyle program for kids aged seven to 13 years who are above a healthy weight but also families that are looking at healthier options!
Please note this program is for both the child and parent or carer and therefore parent and carer is required to attend each session.
