The Coffs Harbour and District LALC are still providing EAPA Assistance for Electricity bills to our members and community!

However it is a bit different and it takes longer to do assessments as we are currently doing them by phone.

First you would be required to contact the LALC to make an APPOINTMENT.

Our Team will require the client to send a copy of their most current electricity bill to our Admin Officer (Aunty Desley Flanders). Ways this can be done is via:

⚡️ Take a Photo and Text to Admin Mobile – 0455 331 538
⚡️ Drop into our SECURE Mailbox at the Front Door of the Coffs Harbour LALC.

DURING the phone assessment we will need to contact the Energy Provider for example: Origin to confirm certain details on the Electricity Bill. Assessments will be done Wednesday mornings from 10am through to Midday, we will look at extending appointment time’s depending on how many we have booked in.
