Protecting Moonee Midden

The Coffs Harbour and District Local Aboriginal Land Councils “Darrunda Wajaarr” Rangers have been out on site putting in a floating walkway over the Moonee Headland Midden.

Environmental teams at Aboriginal Land Councils provides employment which allows young people to get out on country, take pride in protecting their culture, and fulfil our responsibilities as custodians of our lands and waters. On top of it, it beats working in an office. So jealous!
